JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dynamic Tech Project Manager to support the delivery of enterprise-level projects within the Client Enterprise Technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with diverse project teams to coordinate activities, resources, and information, ensuring the successful execution of project phases and schedules. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills to effectively align internal team members and external stakeholders across various technology projects.

Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information across multiple teams.

Monitor project phases and schedules, track progress, and communicate milestones, tasks, and risks.

Facilitate project plan meetings and working sessions to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders.

Support project financial forecasts including resource plans and other expense plans at the workstream level.

Manage and align with 3rd party vendors and international teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably for a large company.

Prior ERP implementation experience is a must-have, could be SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system.

End-user experience in the use of modern program and project management tools, such as ServiceNow, PPM, Clarity, Smartsheet, MS Project Online, etc.

Exposure to a wide range of productivity tools, including collaboration software (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and standard MS Office tools (e.g., Outlook Online, OneDrive)
