Job Details

Overview: Currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee integration systems projects in the Omaha area. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects involving HVAC DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems, access control systems, networking infrastructure, security systems, and parking solutions.

You will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring the seamless integration of diverse technologies to create innovative and efficient building environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Regional project responsibility for all aspects of Field installation work to HVAC DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems, access control systems, networking infrastructure, security systems, and/or parking solutions.
  • Conduct job site surveys and prepare the equipment and resource requirements on a per project basis
  • Determine manpower requirements and develop operational plans to meet retrofit job completion timelines and site turn-up. Coordinate third-party subcontractors as needed
  • Meet with developers and general contractors as needed to determine resource needs to execute jobs on the customers required new construction timelines
  • Work with the regional supervisor to hire, train and assist install technicians in pursuit of their career development progression
  • Ensure all work is completed to National/Local electric codes and coordinate with local contacts throughout the inspection process.
  • Perform quality checks on completed jobs to ensure all site paperwork is completed and standard protocols followed.
  • Able to interact with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • 3+ in project management, preferably overseeing integrated systems projects in the construction industry, such as HVAC, Building Controls, or Electrical Installation
  • Prior field experience in HVAC, Building Controls, or Electrical Installation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and drive project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
