Seeking a Senior Project Coordinator/Project Manager with resource/workforce management experience for a 12 Month + contract in Newark, NJ
- Support of employee and consultant on-boarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks and other projects and analysis as needed
- Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include on-boarding, off-boarding, extensions and other changes for all resources
- Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the workforce management processes
- address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or on-boarding timelines
- Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
