At-a-Glance:Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial company? If so, our client is hiring a Onboarding Project Coordinator.
What You'll Do:
- Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks and other projects and analysis as needed.
- Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions and other changes for all department resources.
- Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines.
- Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary.
- Display strong organizational skills.
- Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting.
- Ability to work independently, within the team and across the organization.
What You Bring: - 5+ years experience in managing multiple tasks / priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
- Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment.
- Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
- Proven history of time-management, organization skills and detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
