Pay Rate: $53.54 per hour (paid weekly)

Location: 655 Paper Mill Road, Newark, DE

Schedule: 100 % Onsite

Job Type: 6-Month Initial Contract

Job Summary and Team:

DSG (Decision Strategy Governance) is part of the enterprise risk management framework. It focuses on managing risks associated with strategies. Credit Assistance (CA) leverages DSG to manage its strategy risk and performance and is required to be compliant with DSG guidelines. This candidate will provide project management and/or analytic support to the DSG (Decision Strategy Governance) process.

Responsibilities:

• Support and/or own oversight for all DSG routines to ensure DSG compliance

• Support DSG documentation and M&T (monitoring and tracking) activities

• Support strong partnerships with Credit Risk, CA strategy teams, and other functional areas

• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project completion

• Ability to support our client's Risk Framework through identification, escalation, and debate of risk inherent in all business activities

• Support all audit issues' timely resolutions

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (4+ yrs.) working in project or change management.

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

• Superior planning and organizational skills are a must skill for this role.

• Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently, with minimal oversight and guidance.

• Strong interpersonal presence and capability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) across all levels of management.

• Proven ability to present formally and informally to all levels of management.

• Experience with leading meetings and the ability to hold people accountable.

• Proven problem-solving skills.
