Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Drive project management of Carrier Type Approvals

• Drive global management ofPixel non-commercial units, collecting demand across all Pixel regions and lead auditing during Launch execution phase for a seamless launch execution
• Maintain and create all Plan of Record Documents framework across Pixel Portfolio: i.e:NPI. Timeline, Distribution & Channels

Minimum qualifications:
Hard requirement (Need to meet at least one of them)

• Experience managing all aspects ofCarrier Type Approval (TA)process including carrier requirements delivery, sample management, certification schedule, and packaging requirements.
• Experience with hardware(EVT/DVT/PVT)or software (Alpha/Beta/RC/FRC) development process and has capability to provide judgment and decision with cross functional team.
• Good written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle large amounts of data and organize inspreadsheets/presentations
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Has experience onHardware reliability and has capability to deep dive reliability issue with cross functional team
• Experiencemanaging cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experiencemanaging carrier certification including scheduling, testing and execution.
• Knowledge ofAndroid and industry standard certification bodiessuch as PTCRB and GCF.
• Not hard requirement but need minial knowledge for below 2 requirements
• Experience inmodem/telephony technology stack and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cellularradio technologies and featuressuch as 2G/3G/4G LTE, VoLTE, 4X4 MIMO, 5G, antenna design, and their deployments among global cellular network operators.

Preferred qualifications: Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable.
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, and managers
Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams
Excellent project management and planning skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
