Qualifications A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Forestry Park Management, Agronomy, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Botany, Plant Science, Floriculture or closely related field may be substituted for five (5) years of the required experience. Full Job Description Title: Construction Manager (Civil Infrastructure) Duties: Key point of contact regarding maintenance for large variety of landscaping and plant life. Conduct field surveys, site visits, and project inspections as required. Assist and support in providing general information to the general public, landowners, engineers, and developers. Schedule, manage, and check work of construction inspectors on paving, water main, curbing, sidewalk, sewers, and other items; Assist Project Managers and recommend solutions to field issues; Assist Project Managers and other employees assigned in performing their daily functions, e.g.: project documentation reviews; preparing reports and schedules as necessary; and generating punch lists; Assist in project closeout procedures. Experience Required: Six (6) years of full-time supervisory experience in tree maintenance and surgery, the maintenance of large turf areas using a variety of grass mowing equipment or in the propagation and maintenance of a large variety of plant life.
