Project Manager

Scout1Solutions is searching for a PROJECT MANAGER w/ AHCA EXPERIENCE to join an ENR TOP 25 GC in Central Florida. Someone w/ STRUCTURAL EXPERIENCE for large healthcare projects.

Markets Include: Commercial, Healthcare, Pharma/Life Science, Education, Multi-Family, etc.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management

10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger (preferably in healthcare construction and with a structural focus)

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong technical and communication skills are critical

Ability to work in a team environment

Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
