Responsibilities: Lightspeed Studios is a leading global game developer, with teams across China, United States, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates. Lightspeed Studios has created over 50 games across multiple platforms and genres for more than 4 billion registered users. It is the co-developer of worldwide hit PUBG MOBILE(co-developed with KRAFTON, Inc.). We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to support the our global projects. The Project Manager will support a wide variety of projects across the organization. Assignments will range from R&D collaboration, production support, operation, to partnership management. In addition to core project management responsibilities, this role will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various teams within the organization. Responsibilities: Manage various projects and collaborate with global R&D and production teams as directed by senior leadership. Gather requirements for work effort from project stakeholders, define project scope and road map goals with schedule tasks. Timely communicate project schedules, updates, status reports, major decisions, risk assessments, and blockers. Help identify and resolve pain points, streamline workflow, and define the best practice within the organization. Serve as an ambassador, building and maintaining long-term relationships with various industrial partners. Deliver market and industrial research to support business decision making. Work closely with the leadership team, technical team, and other stakeholders to provide support to the internal operation and workflow management. Work closely with headquarter, and request adequate resources from different departments and functions to support the development of local office for the success of the business, including but not limited to HR, Admin, IT, Finance, Procurement, Facility, Budget, Contract, File/Document Management, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field. Candidates possessing experience in the gaming and technology sectors will be prioritized. 5+ years of experience in managing projects. knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. Abilities and experience of working with global and multicultural teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Speaking and writing in Mandarin is a plus. Able to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs. Location State(s) California The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $95,400 to $192,250 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
