Position Responsibilities :

Support the upcoming Production Engineering Project for the battery plant.

Support planning for installation of machines and processes related to the new production lines.

Support construction management of contractors tasked with equipment installation.

Confirm installation quality of machines and processes related to the new / modified production lines.

Support PE with the planning and assessment of feasible options for construction related activity.

Liaison for PE to construction contractor to validate for project management.

Position Requirements :

Experience in a construction environment, with previous history in project management/supervision of large-scale schedule-driven activity.

Understanding Mechanical, Electrical, and Fluid specifications for procuring equipment for installation.

Strong Mechanical experience for the ability to set, level and adjust large complex machinery.

Schedule of Client and understanding of overall schedule for large job completions.

Understanding and strong utilization of MS Excel, Word, and PPT.

Ability to use AutoCAD for drawing review, bid pack creation.

Bonus skills:

State certifications/licensing for industrial electrical knowledge

Previous Skilled trades experience is a plus. (Ironworker / Millwright / Pipe Fitter)

Experience with machine uncrate, installation, setting, and leveling

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:

If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
