Position: Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV- Hybrid - 2 Day onsite

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology field. (3) years strictly working in Land Development local government departments utilizing systems as such Accela, EPermitHub, Selectron, Service Now, SeeClickFix, File360, and Document
  • Management Servers a bachelor s degree or and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT technical projects in local government.
  • Ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed of primarily Infrastructure, Network Systems, and Desktop services.
  • Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful, innovative.
  • Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications.
  • Documenting technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now.
  • Proven multi-tasking skills, including ability to work effectively under pressure, handle heavy volumes and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Microsoft Products including MS Project, Visio, ITIL Tools
  • Ability to work onsite.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English should demonstrate fluency in both oral and written communications.
  • At a minimum have a fundamental knowledge of Infrastructure, Networks and Radio/Microwave components, Active Directory, Windows, and Cloud Technologies.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with leading Infrastructure, and network projects in local government.
  • Pass a stringent criminal background check (May take up to 8 weeks)
Duties and Scope of Work
  • The position will function as a Project Manager for several technical Accela Land Management system projects.
  • The position will play an important role in the existing knowledge transfer of all Accela and integration products; as well as the continuous growth and success of supporting the department permitting system, processes, and implementations.
  • Someone who is comfortable in a fast- paced, multiple ongoing projects in an ever-changing environment.
  • You will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, a must to provide existing knowledge transfer and lead the team in completing complex projects by a certain deadline.
  • Documenting and identifying what needs to be accomplished and partnering with others in the organization to execute a plan. To be successful in this role, you will leverage proven processes and templates to deliver projects.
