Project Manager

Summary:

We are looking for someone who has direct experience with managing Document Management System implementations (not just experience with DMS but has lead projects implementing). If experience with implementing M-Files specifically, all the better. The PM will need to have both Waterfall and Agile background. We'll consider remote with the right DMS experience (if willing to travel to KC on occasion), but local with DMS experience would be preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills

Experience in articulating and documenting project management documentation

Strong project management, time management, initiative and interpersonal skills

Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Excellent at collaboration and relationship building

Experience in coordinating functional testing

Experience within the insurance and brokerage industry is a plus

Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

Possesses good understanding in the areas of

Application programming, database and system design (Application Development PM) or infrastructure, networking, service desk, operations (Infra/Ops PM).

Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and written

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Some off-shift support and travel may be required.

Education and Experience:

BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent education and/or experience

5 years' project management work experience required

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
