Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, working closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and project specifications.
Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and expenditures, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure project success and team development.
Collaborate with procurement teams to identify and source necessary materials, equipment, and services required for project completion.
Evaluate project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions or delays.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, integrating innovative solutions into project management processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
