Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Job DetailsProject Managers have overall responsibility for the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of their construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Complete knowledge of contract documents, plans and specifications
- Contract administration and management
- Draft contracts agreements and purchase orders
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
- Identify, analyze, manage and mitigate project risk
- Understand, monitor, and evaluate project costs
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Monitor compliance with quality construction standards
- Prepare and submit monthly project billings
- Change order and claim administration
- Organize and manage the scope, cost, and schedule of multiple concurrent projects
Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Self-motivated yet able to work in a collaborative atmosphere
- Critical thinking and decision making skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time
- Capable of establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Preferred software experience using HCSS Heavy Job, HCSS Heavy Bid, Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Vista
