Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details

Project Managers have overall responsibility for the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of their construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Complete knowledge of contract documents, plans and specifications
  • Contract administration and management
  • Draft contracts agreements and purchase orders
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
  • Identify, analyze, manage and mitigate project risk
  • Understand, monitor, and evaluate project costs
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Monitor compliance with quality construction standards
  • Prepare and submit monthly project billings
  • Change order and claim administration
  • Organize and manage the scope, cost, and schedule of multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • Self-motivated yet able to work in a collaborative atmosphere
  • Critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Preferred software experience using HCSS Heavy Job, HCSS Heavy Bid, Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Vista
