Expected Hours of Work:

This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, plus overtime when required. This role will be expected to travel once a month to our plants, in Wisconsin and Mississippi


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and being the main point of contact for stakeholders. This position will encompass working with all of our brands Marvel/U-Line/Viking refrigeration.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the appliance/white goods sector.
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple complex programs/projects, and rapidly adapt/respond to changes in environment and priorities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, initiative, and commitment to work assignments
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g. MS Project).

Working Conditions:

  • Office based
  • Travel once a month.
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday- Friday
