Project Manager

Responsible for oversight and direction of commercial construction projects from conception to turn over to the owner. Develop project schedules and milestones, ensure quality standards and deadlines are met, negotiate contracts and change orders, obtain necessary permits and licenses, review job expenses and compile invoices. Conduct project meetings and collaborate with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Must have knowledge of all aspects of construction, estimating, cost control, scheduling, safety, building codes. Experience managing multiple projects, outstanding communication, negotiation, organization, computer (MS Office and Procore) and time management skills. A degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent relevant construction experience and a minimum of three years of hands-on construction management experience is required.
