Position Overview Power your future with Qualus as a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific company projects. The Project Manager will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. They will also manage assigned project resources and oversee multiple company projects bringing expertise and discipline to the position. This position requires being on the customer site 2 days a week. Responsibilities Lead, plan, and facilitate the implementation of projects in accordance with project scope, deliverables, and goals. Use positive influencing skills to set expectations and hold employees accountable for assigned tasks and milestone goals. Define project tasks and resource requirements in the development of full-scale project plans. Assemble, coordinate, and provide direction to project staff. Manage project budget and resource allocation. Track project deliverables in project management software and suggest better tools or resources as appropriate. Provide direction and support to project teams. Maintain the highest level of Quality assurance. Consistently monitor and report on progress of project to all stakeholders defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Complete Project evaluations and assessment of results at project close out. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's in Construction Management with utility experience Minimum 2 years' experience working in a variety of Project Management software such as Primivera 6 Experience working with Deltek ERP system preferred PMP Certification preferred Post graduate degree in engineering/science degree or business degree preferred Company Overview Qualus is a leading pure-play power services firm and innovator at the forefront of the energy transition, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernization, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
