Remote Position, required to work PST hours (8:30 AM 5:30 PM PST)

Responsibilities:

Manage all Video Marketing Intake Requests:

Determine the type of support needed, assign support, and follow-up on pending action items.

Identify incorrectly submitted requests and address accordingly.

Strong Understanding of DIRECTV Product Offerings and Ordering Systems:

Determine support needed based on intake requirements.

Engage appropriate teams for support.

Create and Enforce New Processes:

Educate stakeholders on new processes and ensure compliance.

Make adjustments to processes as needed for improved efficiency.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Host governance calls and facilitate discussions.

Create leadership reports to communicate progress and updates.

Manage Decisioning University (DU) Training:

Coordinate with trainers, provide feedback, and improve DU experience.

Follow up on action items and ensure closure.

Leadership in leading meetings and closing action items.

Confidence to provide process improvement feedback.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and VISIO for process flow and leadership updates.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Experience with Asana is preferred but not required.
