Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from pre-construction to project closeout.
2. Managing the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities.
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timeframes, and budgets.
5. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
6. Conducting material takeoffs and preparing cost estimates.
7. Managing RFI's, change orders, and closeouts effectively.
8. Utilizing Primavera P3/P6 for project scheduling and tracking.
9. Ensuring all projects comply with safety and building regulations.
10. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
11. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction Project Management, specifically in Commercial Construction.
2. Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects from concept to completion.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, materials, and quality standards.
4. Proficiency in project management software, specifically Primavera P3/P6.
5. Experience in managing RFI's, change orders, closeouts, and material takeoffs.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
