Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for working closely with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and timelines. This role requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to the dynamic needs of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in the scoping, planning, execution, and tracking of various projects.
  • Coordinate project resources and ensure all project activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Identify and communicate project risks while also working with all stakeholders to develop mitigation actions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify areas of conflict of interest, which might hinder project implementation and propose possible solutions to the conflict of interest.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance from supervisor.
  • Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking, across all levels of the organization.
  • Organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, constantly growing & evolving startup environment.
  • Strong ability to multitask and to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and create schedules.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw valuable insights
  • Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ability to address conflicts and interpersonal issues in a professional and respectful manor to drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and change, adapting to and being a champion for positive change.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools and MS Office Suite.
