We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for driving efficiency, ensuring quality, and fostering team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Report and escalate to management as needed.
8. Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in construction and project management.
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
7. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
9. Demonstrated ability in Scheduling, Negotiation, Time Management, and Team Leadership.
