Project Manager
CFS has been retained by a well respected and growing construction company local to the Denver metro area. They are on the search for a Project Manager to join their team and assist in overseeing projects that are coming up quickly.

Project Manager responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and/or cost tracking reports
- Liaise with clients, architects, field employees, subcontractors, and office personnel. This requires developing and maintaining positive working relationships with project owners, subcontractors, suppliers, inside Construction employees and other industry professionals.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Lead a project team by directing staff activities as well as communicate proactively and effectively project statuses and needs.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of project change orders, budget modifications, Owner changes, approved invoices, subcontractor pay applications, Owner billing, purchase orders, RFI's and subcontractor/supplier change orders. This also include preparing project cost projections.
- Willingness to pursue new projects, develop and maintain client networks and new business development.
- Assist in bidding and estimating future projects
Project Manager requirements - Bachelors degree in construction Management - preferred
- Valid Drivers License
- Solid problem solving skills
- High attention to detail while working under strict deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft project or similar for project scheduling
- Proven management capabilities within the construction workplace
- Project manager experience with projects between 500K and 20 million
- OSHA 10 or 30 experience
Pay is between the 100-125K mark yearly
