Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable candidate for Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, a proven ability to strategize, implement high-level program initiatives, manage the entire product design process, order cycle to enhance business development, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Have the ability to discuss with customers for product design.
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
• Provide the first line of contact with the customer throughout the process.
• Act as liaison with each department along the production process to ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain, build & strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Must adhere to Quality Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

• It is highly advantageous for the candidate to possess substantial experience in the field of Product Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Business Management or 4-6 years of computer industry-related experience.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware.
• Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and general computer knowledge. SAP is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus to facilitate communication between factories/vendors oversea.
