Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

The position of Project Manager includes, but not limited to, all day-to-day production scheduling and management of field staff.

Knowledge of swimming pool construction is strongly prefered.

Working with designers & sales staff as needed, laying out crew responsibilities, ordering of all materials as required, managing employees' time- off & schedules, and many other duties.

These duties include management of project Client-out, excavation through the installation of all the "hard surfaces" and "pool management" on the project, and managing crew time that results in job completion within original job estimates.

Work with the Landscaping Co's to create a smooth transition from the hardscaping phase to the landscaping / final completion phase of each project.

Assist design teams in estimating construction costs and provide opinions and suggestions to improve both aesthetics and costs.

Lead and help train other HT managers and guide them on other projects.

Assist with promoting HT services and building the client base, and help up-sell jobs as appropriate; Cross sell other services as needed.

Provide quarterly performance evaluations of all field employees to the owner and offer suggestions for growth and increased labor efficiency.

Pay: From $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
