Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resources needed.
• Oversee the procurement process, including the issuance and tracking of purchase orders.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward according to plan.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase orders.
• Solid financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and finances.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
