The salary range for this position is dependent on experience level ranging from $83,804 to $104,756.00 Job Summary Responsible for managing medium and large-scale GIS Operations projects. Provides leadership and financial oversight for the GIS Operations' projects assigned. Key Responsibilities Responsible for developing project goals, critical success factors, detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and schedules in conjunction with project team members. Monitors progress against plans and reports to management. Manages the cross functional project teams, which include people with both technical and non-technical backgrounds, to achieve project goals in line with budget and schedule. Holds project team members accountable for results. Provides leadership and direction in improving productivity and effectiveness and reducing expenses through the use of GIS technology, especially as related to outage management and the mobility initiative. Coordinates with key stakeholders to develop expectations and project priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an Associates degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of business/industry experience At least 3 years of project management experience Experience with all Microsoft products Competencies (this is standard for all jobs) Growth & Continuous Improvement Initiative & Change Focused on Results Customer Centric (internal and/or External) Communication Collaboration Leadership (people managers/leaders) Disclaimer (this is standard for all jobs) AVANGRID is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
