Key Duties:
- Manage multiple concurrent complex projects through all phases
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Track and report on project achievements against success criteria
- Communicate project deliverables, status, and vision to all stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of project requirements, objectives, and budgets
- Mentor less experienced project managers
- Serve as backup to Director of Project Management
- Create executive-level project reporting
- Participate in project scoping activities
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years project management experience, including technology and business projects
- 7 years experience in banking/finance, 1+ year in credit unions
- 3+ years experience mentoring, documenting requirements, and process mapping
- Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success driving projects from start to completion
- Experience managing concurrent multi-business line projects
- Matrix environment experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
- Vendor management and testing coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Visio
