Role Overview: We are looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully implementing accounting and finance software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial systems implementation projects, including coordinating change management and communications operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, drive process improvements, and deliver results that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial systems implementation projects, starting with NetSuite, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Manage change processes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments. Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Apply best practices in project management and financial systems implementation to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. PMP certification is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years focused on the implementation of accounting and finance software, NetSuite experience preferred. Demonstrated success in managing multiple financial systems implementation projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments. Proficient in project management software and tools.
