The Project Manager, eCommerce will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of eCommerce operations and initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce, they will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the eCommerce platform initiatives by developing release plans, managing rewards programs, continuously improving the eStore, executing on-site operations, and overseeing eStore marketing efforts. They will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate release timeline, risks, and dependencies across all eStore-related aspects of go-to-market campaigns, including pre-order, launch, and post-launch campaign.

Manage approved feature set improvements to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.

Manage the eStore Rewards Program by managing the product sourcing logistics and coordinating the issue resolution as needed.

Evaluate performance of eStore and Digital Channels teams to identify areas of internal process improvement, recommending modifications as appropriate.

Support the execution of on-site operations by overseeing landing page development for promotional events.

Manage all aspects of vendor relationships as they pertain to the eStore, including contracting, delivery support, ad hoc issue resolution, and performance monitoring.

Present project updates to senior leadership and facilitate the resolution of escalated issues.

Work closely with the Digital Channels team to resolve technical bugs related to the eStore updates.

Stay up to date on latest ecommerce trends and technologies, especially as they pertain to the gaming industry.

Performance goals: eStore performance and availability, satisfaction of business requirements, timely delivery of updates, compliance with regulations, cost efficiency; more broadly, revenue growth, site traffic, conversion rates, etc.

Requirements

4-6 years proven experience in eCommerce project management or related roles, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.

Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including release planning, rewards programs, website development, and digital marketing.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project execution.

Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry preferred.

Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000
