Job Overview: LPL Financial is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to collaborate with other business verticals in the opening of financial advisor offices. This individual will be responsible for managing, vendors and contractors to drive desired business timelines and outcomes. Responsibilities: Provide and maintain corporate real estate expertise and value throughout the diligence and integration of real estate related tasks to Advisors and Business Verticals. Provide critical review and oversight of all project management items including proposals, contractor questions, scheduling, budget spreadsheets, expense tracking and reconciliations. Develop and execute tasks for advisor locations that contemplate the broader firm needs, including contractor vetting, site evaluation or surveys and site expenses. Effectively document and communicate trade-offs, constraints, and options to support informed decision-making. Execute and process payments of contractors and vendors through the approved procurement processes. Closely collaborate with third party vendors and contractors, as well as internal stakeholders within the business operations, compliance, marketing, technology, to ensure a positive advisor experience and highly successful transitions. Oversee integration of new locations, leading the coordination and engagement of internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure a successful transition and positive advisor experience. Innovate and execute processes and tools to ensure timely, consistent and predictable execution of the diligence and site integration process and related work streams. What are we looking for? Requirements: 5+ years of corporate real estate experience with proven expertise in Project Management, Program Management, and analytics. 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ranging from serviced office agreements up to large multi-floor offices. Core Competencies: Proven ability to effectively negotiate with contractors, vendors, and manage multiple stakeholders with different priorities. Must have strong communication and negotiation skills, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated success in establishing relationships and collaborating cross-functionally both inside and outside the organization, including with senior leadership. Analytical, with excellent problem solving skills, and demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Intellectually curious and strategic entrepreneurial thinker. Strong organization skills, results orientation, and passion for being detail-oriented. Self-driven with an ability to work independently to deliver project outcomes and manage milestones, taking ownership and accountability for results. The ability to analyze multiple sources of complex information and evaluate several alternative solutions before recommending a path forward. Strong understanding of the financial services industry and dynamics of the financial advisor profession. Preferences: BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Project Management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Adobe, SharePoint and tools such as Google Earth and/or other mapping software. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of time. Pay Range: $78,480-$117,720/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
