Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will predict the cost and quantity of materials needed for projects. You will plan requirements with customers and usher projects through the entire process. This includes managing project schedules and budgets, identifying & mitigating against risks, coordinating deadlines and goals to project stakeholders. To summarize, you will manage and own jobs from start to finish.
7+ years experience with Project Management
Experience with concrete construction
Experience with estimating for construction projects; Bid and run jobs
Experience with risk management
Proficient in Sage, Masterbuilder, or BlueBeam
Estimate and run multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project cycle; Maintain good relationship with clients & represent company in meetings
Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the scope: design, budget, schedule
Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee scheduled payments, rental equipment)
Seeking strong leader who can hold team accountable, be accessible to team
