Role: Project Manager CMS

Technical/Functional Skills :

Key Qualifications

" 7+ years of project management experience managing product, content management, and/or integrated omni-channel B2B/B2C projects.

" Experience building omni-channel content, product catalog management, content management, and syndication solutions; Background in technology consulting or high-tech/consumer electronics industry preferred.

" Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) required; Understanding of Product Information Management (PIM), Content Syndication Platforms, or SaaS platforms, such as Stibo STEP or PDX preferred.

" Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.

" Experience planning, managing, delivering medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+ month) projects.

" Prior experience in SDLC project management and business analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases and requirements, process flows/swim lane diagrams, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.

" Experience with Agile/ Hybrid Agile project methodology preferred


Roles & Responsibilities :

- Fluency in Advanced SQL (complex joins, stored procedures, subqueries, window functions, performance optimization, etc.), Snowflake, Python.

- Provide analytical reporting and analytics to the operations team and external partners.

- Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to business changes.

- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills

- Create and maintain reports, create and manage data models, leverage data across complex hierarchies using multiple data sources.

- Leverage process improvement techniques to drive improvements in data quality.

- Perform testing to support system implementations and upgrades
