Benefits COMPENSATION: $16.00/hour Position Description & Details We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager Assistant for Buildings and Grounds. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and budgets. Update and manage project-related databases, files, and documentation systems. Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and procedures. Assist in coordinating project activities and resources as directed by the Project Manager. Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Continuously - 66-100% - Use hands dexterously, talk or hear. Frequently - 34-65% - Stand, walk, or sit. Occasionally - 1-33% - Reach with hands and arms, stoop/kneel/crouch, crawl, climb or balance, or lift to 25 pounds. Minimum Requirements Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in project management or related field is preferred.
