Work you will do: We are seeking expertise in asset management, and experience with cybersecurity. The work we're looking for entails analytics and reporting for our medical devices.
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for leading a asset management implementation and enhancement. The PM will be responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of the project including building the project schedule and determining resource allocations. It is expected the PM will drive improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement, reducing costs, and providing a more efficient overall solution. It is also required that the PM report on regional and rollout status, risks/issues, and escalates where required in accordance with escalation processes.
The Project Manager will become an extension of the client team working on asset management implementation project.

What you will do: In this role, you will work closely with the IT PMO, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strong background in Project Management Principles (Project Planning, Project Requirements, Project Estimating, Resource Management, Scheduling and Controlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and Change Management)
  • Contributes to project initiation and scope definition
  • Develops and manages the project plan/schedule
  • Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, budget, and schedule
  • Develops effective project communication plans and ensures execution
  • Identifies and works to resolve team issues
  • Facilitates change requests to ensure all team members and stakeholders are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Responsible for project deliverables, ensuring they adhere to quality standards
  • Prepares project status reports for Sr. Management and/or PMO, and Stakeholders
  • Review AM Device inventory content
  • Track AM Device Inventory content updates
  • AM Device Inventory Training for end users
  • Update training and SOP documentation according to implemented change
  • Communication and training to PSMs and users
  • Conduct project Lessons Learned
Must Haves
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Asset Management experience
  • Understanding of project management methodology including project planning, requirements, estimating, resource management, scheduling, and risk/issue management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with all team members and stakeholders
  • Experience facilitating status meetings and holding team members accountable for status, deliverables, and timely escalation of any barriers to success
  • Strong negotiation skills to broker conversations and reach compromises
