Job Description Your Career Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (NYSE: PANW), is headquartered in Santa Clara, California. We need an innovative project delivery leader to help us build and scale. As a member of the Global Places & Security (GPS) team, you will be leading new build, refresh, & operational real estate projects, collaborating to develop design standards, managing site readiness and openings, and creating environments blending creativity and efficient work & customer facing spaces that are aligned to our brand and culture needs. You will deliver in a fast-paced, complex environment while elevating and driving an excellent customer, employee, and guest experience. You are expected to integrate leading project management practices, workplace design principles, and efficient workplace operating methods to ensure we delight our stakeholders with delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and highest quality while enabling the company to efficiently scale. You will be directly accountable for managing and accomplishing all project requirements/objectives aligned with Palo Alto Networks' culture and business needs. This role is based in our HQ, Santa Clara, CA. Your Impact Apply project management methodologies to ensure execution of project goals and objectives across all workstreams Collaborate and interface with vendors, internal clients and business partners, (People, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) leadership, to ensure successful project delivery of work & customer spaces, and they align with our strategic goals, culture, and branding needs - Lead due diligence, business requirements gathering, programming, design, bidding, permitting, procurement, management, vendor evaluations & selection Ensure complete financial management of projects: estimate costs, manage budgets, maintain monthly forecasts, provide cash flow analysis, prepare anticipated cost reports and any other reports as required by leadership and Finance & Accounting teams Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into project progress, potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies Promote change and facilitate continuous improvement by leveraging good data and analytics to make recommendations and decisions In collaboration with Procurement, negotiate contracts with selected vendor(s) and manage performance of all contracted vendors & consultants Travel to sites to ensure successful delivery of projects Qualifications Your Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent military experience- Master's degree preferred PMP Certification or advanced project management skills preferred 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years of leadership in hands on delivery of capital projects with diversity in complexity, size, geographies, and possess in-depth knowledge of building systems & technology Have excellent attention to details, embrace human centered design concepts, and have a passion for delivering great experiences for customers, employees, and guests Know how to scale & evolve project delivery processes and platforms Be strong advocate for and passionate about workplace, sustainability, brand, and culture Have top notch collaboration, partnering, & influencing skills Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities Have highly developed business, financial, data & analytical acumen Possess excellent technology skills including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Asana, and other platforms to develop compelling & persuasive presentations and manipulate & synthesize data Additional Information The Team The Global Places & Security team's mission is to act as a data-driven business enabler that ensures a safe, efficient, and inclusive workplace, protecting our people, property, and brand. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $134,600/yr to $217,800/yr.
