Project Engineer:
- Develop overall technical solution to meet customer specification and requirements of HV substation tender
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and proposal as part of bid process
- Work closely with electrical/civil engineers, site manager, and team to ensure solution is practical, cost effective, and meets all technical requirements
- Evaluate and support selection technical equipment supplier and subcontractors
- Conduct thorough technical risk assessment to identify and address potential technical issues
