Job Details

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and organize daily engineering activities for the assigned staff, ensuring the accomplishment of client project tasks.
Manage team priorities to align with client, team, and corporate goals.
Facilitate effective communication between clients, departments, team groups, and governing bodies.
Participate in initial client meetings, collaborating with the Team Leader to comprehend new project proposals thoroughly.
Assist in preparing comprehensive proposals, including clear scopes of work, pricing, time schedules, and resource requirements.
Review and approve technical approaches, intermediate, and finished work products for compliance with client objectives and relevant laws.
Examine research and data essential for project design, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Coordinate with government agencies, attending meetings to secure necessary approvals for client projects.
Identify additional work requested by clients, ensuring proper documentation through approved change orders.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
3-5 years of experience in land and site development
Professional Engineers' (P.E.) License in the State of Georgia (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Proficient knowledge of CAD software
