Job Details

Responsibilities:
1
Develop and implement boiler control systems for various projects, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test control strategies for boiler systems.
3
Program and configure PLCs and HMIs to control and monitor boiler processes.
4
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of control systems to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure necessary components for control systems.
6
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
7
Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper installation and functionality of control systems.
8
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
9
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in boiler control systems and recommend improvements to existing systems.
10
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
1
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar role.
3
Strong knowledge and experience with PLC programming and HMI design.
4
Proficiency in developing PLC programs using Rockwell Automation software.
5
Experience with boiler control systems, including combustion control and BMS.
6
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to various project sites.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
