Site Project Engineer

My client is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to manage the engineering aspects of their renewable energy projects. Responsibilities

Manage construction projects and coordinate with contractors

Conduct surveys and site setups including setting out

Ensure technical designs are accurately followed

Supervise contracted personnel

Ensure project packages meet specifications, quality, and timelines

Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and local authorities

Provide technical advice and troubleshoot on-site issues

Prepare site reports and monitor progress

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies

Provide monthly internal reports on project status

Candidate must be from the Greater Houston area or willing to relocate Site based role.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field

Demonstrated project management experience, ideally with utility scale PV solar projects experience.

Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and communication

Familiarity with legal language in contracts

Proficiency in MS Office
