Overview:

In addition to Full-Time employment with our partner, this program provides NO COST skills-based training to highly motivated individuals on an as needed basis. If provided, this training will be tailored to the specific role and includes both technical and interpersonal components. This unique work-study opportunity differs from the typical job. Candidate Profile:

• Post 9/11 Veteran-honorably discharged, OR current National Guard / Reservist

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

• Availability to work full-time

Program Overview:

• Phase 1 - Training (If Needed - Up to 4 Weeks):

• Classes and certification test preparation will be held Monday - Friday

• Training may include:

• Interpersonal Skills

• Technical Training and Certification (if needed)

• Phase 2 - Full-Time Employment:

• Full-Time work (38 hours/week) with a training component (2 hours/week)

• Throughout the program you will receive continued support and individual mentorship to ensure your success.

• Compensation:

• $22.50 Hour (Plus Benefits after 90 days FT)

Position Description:
The ISRM Workforce Project Coordinator will work closely with the Sr Manager of Workforce Strategy on large staffing projects and learning and development initiatives. You will perform various coordinating tasks like reporting preparation, making status inquiries and updates, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and working with data across the Microsoft suite of applications. You will also engage with many internal teams like recruiting, hiring managers, training teams, and communications to ensure key updates re: projects are communicated accurately. To succeed in this role, you should have great attention to detail, strong communication and project management skills, and a good ability at connecting the dots as you'll collaborate with many teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with recruiting, finance, training, and hiring managers to create monthly reports

• Automate reporting and data ingestion through Power BI and Power Apps

• Balance tasks across internal teams and assist with schedule management

• Maintain and improve workforce reporting standards

• Create and improve talent onboarding and engagement materials

• Create PowerPoint decks to communicate and report out on a variety of talent topics

• Improve learning and development experience for the ISRM team

• Build and revise SharePoint site ecosystem

• Collect feedback on Power App user experience

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of:
