Overview: Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work independently on video Marketing intake requests. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all video Marketing intake requests, determine support needed, assign tasks, and follow-up on action items.
- Create and enforce new processes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Host governance calls with cross-functional teams.
- Generate leadership reports.
- Manage Decisioning University (DU) training, host calls with trainers, provide feedback on the training page to improve DU experience.
- Follow-up on action items and ensure closure.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management with proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on intake progress tracking.
- Ability to lead meetings and follow up on action items.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Visio for process improvement updates.
- Self-starter with the confidence to provide process improvement feedback.
- Knowledge of DIRECTV product offerings and internal systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
