This fully remote opportunity allows you the flexibility to work from home in support of the USDA ENS program.

An average day:
As Project Coordinator I, you will work closely with our Project Managers and Deputy Program Manager to assist in onboarding activities, prepare comprehensive plans, coordinate resources, conduct interviews, and other administrative and programmatic duties. You will be working both independently with direction and as a team member on various projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. In this position you will:

  • Provide highly detailed administrative support to the Deputy Program Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, the Deputy Program Manager, and customer project managers.
  • Support the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes (review candidate resumes, coordinate interviews, process onboarding paperwork, closely monitor and facilitate federal onboarding activities, etc.).
  • Assist with processing and tracking candidates through the Epsilon and government background check processes.
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of program deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with building and monitoring project schedules, risk assessments, and organizational improvements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, SOPs, and reports.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Act as a backup for the Deputy Program Manager and the Senior Communications Specialist when needed.
Basic Qualifications:
  • As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C) , Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
  • High school diploma and at least one (1) year of experience in a project coordinator role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass federal background investigation and obtain a Public Trust
  • Must be able to travel to various Company locations and/or Customer sites across the United States for meetings and onsite visits, as needed by the Company/Customer. Expected out of area travel: 25-50%.
