Project Architect
This position will be responsible for producing complete construction documents, developing project design details, and coordination with consultants.
Project Architect Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in coordinating execution of design intent into the construction documentation, specifications, and throughout construction administration.
- Generate preliminary site plans from criteria provided by the Owner that respond to the topography, survey and legal description, and local jurisdiction development standards.
- Coordinate with outside consultants including but not limited to, building departments, fire department, engineers, and surveyors.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, resources and project budget.
- Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance to team and consultants.
- Participate in and lead team discussions on technical and other project related issues.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents.
