Description: Responsibilities include: - Manage our in-house Revit Team. - Manage our Revit/BIM Software including upgrades, installation and customization. - Research, evaluate and implement Revit/BIM software and technologies as well as stay informed of new technologies. - Provide vision for office use and application of graphic software. - Develop, implement and maintain compliance with Revit Standards while ensuring they are designed in tune with industry standards and followed consistently. - Provide training to staff from new to advanced users. - Work with Team Leaders to schedule projects using Revit and establish plans to support those project teams. Skills and Competencies: - Ideal candidate is a self-starter with a drive to pursue continued education in Revit/BIM. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed, as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance. - Works well both independently and in a team setting. - An in-depth working knowledge of Revit and proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. - Bluebeam, Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
