Project Lead CR architecture + design Celebrating 40+ years of Creating Extraordinary Places CR architecture + design is seeking a tenacious Project Lead, with a desire to further develop their people, project & leadership skills. As a Project Lead, you'll gain exposure & knowledge of the many aspects of project management essential to learning how to manage projects, people and client expectations successfully. Participating & assisting the Project Manager with completing basic project management tasks will include: project budgeting, scheduling, creating and updating project plans, kick-off meetings, managing deliverables, design development, construction documentation, bidding, permitting, construction administration, site visits, code research and quality control. What Does It Take To Be Successful? Producing and providing oversight of construction documents using REVIT Juggling multiple projects often with short timelines Anticipating problems before they arise & resolving complex technical & design issues creatively Effectively communicating within a project team; including taking direction and giving direction Mentoring junior staff and leading by example Identifying ways to innovate and improve the accuracy & efficiency of our processes What's In It For You?
