Project Architect/Project Manager

Our client is a dynamic firm looking for a design-focused Project Architect/Project Manager to join their growing team in Indianapolis.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be involved in all phased of the design process at a highly collaborative multidisciplinary firm. Project types include healthcare, education, civic workplace, mixed-use, senior living and more.

Responsibilities:
  • The Project Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management.
  • Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
  • Define project requirements and develop design criteria
  • Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
  • Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
  • Professional client development skills
  • Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Requirements:
  • Architecture degree required
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Professional licensure preferred
  • Proficient in Revit and SketchUp preferred
