Job DescriptionProject Architect/Project ManagerOur client is a dynamic firm looking for a design-focused Project Architect/Project Manager to join their growing team in Indianapolis.
Job Description: In this role, you will be involved in all phased of the design process at a highly collaborative multidisciplinary firm. Project types include healthcare, education, civic workplace, mixed-use, senior living and more.
Responsibilities: - The Project Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management.
- Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria
- Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
- Professional client development skills
- Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Requirements: - Architecture degree required
- 5+ years of experience
- Professional licensure preferred
- Proficient in Revit and SketchUp preferred
