Are you an experienced Project Administrator with a knack for managing complex tasks and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our growing construction company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Project Administrator. This position will offer you the chance to work on a variety of projects, providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the successful completion of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the coordination of various construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Utilizing Procore and MS Office to manage project details, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
3. Interpreting construction drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Providing efficient administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
5. Coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Handling project-related paperwork, including contracts, permits, and invoices.
7. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Identifying and resolving potential project issues in a timely manner.
9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Project Administrator role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
4. Proficiency in using project management software, particularly Procore, and MS Office Suite.
5. The ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
