Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Accounting Supervisor and Project Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review project budgets, staffing plans, and fee structures to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to project managers and clients.
• Generate pre-billing reports for review and ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes.
• Monitor receivables, support collections efforts, and maintain steady cash flow through timely invoice management.

Background Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or similar.
• 2 to 6 years' experience as a project accountant, or similar; ideally coming from the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Sage, AvidXchange and Procore accounting systems.
• Exceptional ability to prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and job cost reports.
• Extensive experience in project invoicing and billing.
• Excellent communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services.
