Responsibilities

• Construction billings
• Change orders
• Account reconciliations
• Certified payroll for contractors and subcontractors
• Draws
• Calculating union dues a plus
• Sales and Use tax experience a plus
• Invoicing
• License renewals for multiple states and municipalities
• Assisting with the bid process

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of Construction Bookkeeping experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communications skills and math aptitude
• FOUNDATIONS software experience is a plus
• Intermediate MS Excel skills required
• Team player
