Job Description We have an opportunity for a Program Support Specialist to join our talented program management team in Rockville, MD. The successful candidate will work with customers across multiple workstreams to support the Program Management needs of a federal client focused on various IT and data sharing initiatives. The candidate will be supporting Project Managers with daily operations support and communications management as well as assisting with other responsibilities as necessary. Typical responsibilities include: Utilizing specialized applications to complete daily operational tasks to facilitate data sharing
Providing decision support through data gathering, information analysis and documentation
Maintaining open communication with federal stakeholders
Monitoring and triaging group email boxes and informing federal staff of messages requiring attention
Assisting website users with primary technical support including issues, metrics, feature development, and other requests
Organizing and hosting weekly meetings for the website support staff and primary contacts at the hosting service
Monitoring website membership and other user activities to detect unwanted behavior and false accounts
Compiling and distributing weekly communications
Supporting an assortment of occasional administrative duties
Assisting federal staff with booking and scheduling travel
